The room. Was small, almost claustrophobic! it was hard to move around. I also found the check-in process impersonal. Everything is automated and staff interaction is minimal.

the location is convenient near the station. the convenience store located on the fourth floor was useful. i found it easy to get basic necessities without leaving the hotel.

the room felt quite small for a longer stay i found little space for luggage.

The convenience store within the hotel was really useful.

I often waited 10-15 minutes. The air conditioning looked to be centrally controlled. There was no option to cool down the room, even though it was too warm at night. Only heating or a fan were available.
